The agreement between the City of Molina de Segura and the Spanish Red Cross, Regional Assembly Molina-Vega Media, aims to grant a nominative grant to the Red Cross, amounting to 25,000 euros, for the implementation of the Project of economic benefits to family units de Molina de Segura who live on a rental basis in a situation of special need.
For its part, the collaboration agreement between TM Real Estate Group and Spanish Red Cross, Regional Assembly Molina-Vega Media for Project of economic benefit for housing rental has as its object the management of municipal economic benefits in the matter of temporary housing lease, designed to alleviate or resolve by themselves or in addition to other resources and benefits, social emergency situations of access to the habitual residence by coexistence units.
For this, TM Real Estate Group is committed to financially collaborate with the Regional Assembly Spanish Red Cross of Molina de Segura Vega Media, with the donation of the amount of 15,000 euros.
This contribution will be used to partially pay the rental income of beneficiary families, payment / payment that will be managed in accordance with the provisions agreed with the collaboration agreement signed between the Spanish Red Cross and the Molina de Segura Town Council that is attached as an Annex to this Agreement.
Red Cross is committed to fully allocate the contribution of TM to collaborate with the City of Molina de Segura in the granting of financial assistance / benefits to family units of the municipality, which, living on rent, are in a situation of special need, without resources or at risk of social exclusion and / or with housing needs;
and the management of the files of each of the family units as well as the execution of the processing of the file for later resolution by the Department of Housing of the City of Molina de Segura.
Red Cross will be responsible for the management of human resources, hired personnel and volunteers to carry out the activity described in this agreement, as well as the activity and maintenance expenses derived from them.
In order to carry out the management of the aids contemplated in both agreements, therefore, the following budget is available:
Municipal subsidy City of Molina de Segura: 25,000 euros
Contribution from the private company TM Real Estate Group: 15,000 euros
Total project: 40,000 euros
With this project, the aid is expected to reach some 80 families of the municipality.
This program was launched last year 2018, and allowed to help about 60 families, in the payment of two monthly rent.
Of these, 9 were families made up of young people under 35 and 6 families were members over 65 years old.
Of the 60 family units, 14 were single-parent and 15 were large families.
