In this case, they filed a complaint to prevent a law firm from continuing with the judicial proceeding against Eduardo Contreras, the councilor and the head of ICT who, between 2012 and 2013, allegedly devised a plan to award Telefónica all the contracts of telephone of the town hall for 1 million euros.
Those involved, as is proven in the judicial procedure through the documents sent by Telefónica, obtained several benefits in exchange for trips or telephony services, internet and television in private homes.
In fact, there is documentary evidence sent by Telefónica in which are recorded trips paid by that company to Madrid, Huelva or Barcelona, ​​some even before being awarded the contract.
We must remember that this contract was awarded by the Government Board of the City of Molina, formed among others by 2 of the people included in the Popular Party candidacy for the upcoming elections, Sonia Carrillo Mármol and José Tomás García.

There is no doubt that the procedure followed for the hiring of the Attorney Angel Parra Martinez, which pursues this case of corruption of the PP, has scrupulously followed all legal procedures, not in vain was reported favorably by two municipal lawyers (see Doc 2) , duly supervised by the municipal intervention and approved by the Governing Board, with the presence of the General Secretary of the City Council (see Doc. 3).
What is clear is that this complaint only seeks to stop the criminal proceedings against the former mayor and the councilor of the PP, because of the investigation, probably, can be derived criminal responsibility for a crime of corruption against members of the Governing Board who participated in the processing of this file, among which are two of the components of the list of José Ángel Alfonso Hernández.
Coincidentally, on May 10, the Court of First Instance and Instruction No. 5, sent an official letter to the City Council (see Doc. 4) to send "an integral and legible copy, with its corresponding index" of the files that gave place to the facts for which the defendants are being investigated.
The complaint, filed by the lawyer Angel Parra, is initially directed against these three people, for which there is sufficient evidence of criminality, but also against any other person who, in view of the investigation, could be held responsible for the facts , as could be the members of the Governing Board who approved all the procedures and the awarding of this contract, of which the Court of Accounts already informed the municipality, in 2016, that multiple irregularities were observed, arriving to conclude that "(... ) it is inferred that previous contacts were made with certain companies outside the procedure foreseen for administrative contracting, actions that, moreover, do not conform to the principles of non-discrimination, publicity and transparency, governing public procurement, as it does not include that the necessary measures were taken to avoid distorting competition (in fact, only
one bidder to each lot) ".

The Popular Party requested a copy of the file that is now denounced on January 2 (see Doc 5), being authorized to access the full file on behalf of the mayor on January 8.
However, they have waited until May 23 to file a complaint with the Office of the Prosecutor for the facts that they believe could be unlawful, with a clear desire to use the administration of justice for partisan and electoral purposes, as they have accustomed us.
And they do it within two days of the elections with the knowledge that in such a short time it will not be possible for the Office of the High Court of Justice to investigate and file this false, fraudulent and totally artificial complaint, without legal or logical support.
It shows the fear and despair of the Popular Party of Molina before the more than foreseeable debacle that will suffer in the elections to be held next Sunday, and especially the fear of its candidate, José Ángel Alfonso, before the recent admission to process of the denunciation formulated by plugging in this City Council, in which the popular candidate, councilor of personnel in those dates and signer of some of the contracts or extensions that are being investigated, is directly involved.
