The City of Molina de Segura, through the Municipal Office of Companies, has presented the new corporate image of the Industrial Estates of Molina de Segura with the aim of unifying designs and helping to create a brand.
The initiative was presented today, Wednesday May 8, by the Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, the Councilor for Promotion and Economic Strategy, José de Haro González, and the designer of the images, from the company Neocromo, María Ascension Campoy Villaescusa.
The novelty is that no City Council has this differentiation of industrial areas with logo, among other things, because few municipalities have 8 industrial estates: La Serreta Este, La Serreta West, La Polvorista Norte, La Polvorista Sur, La Estrella, El Tapiado , Hercas and Molina Norte.
Of them, Hercas is currently under construction, and Molina Norte in urban planning.
The image designed for the industrial estates of Molinos suggests the idea of ​​the unity of these in a common territory.
Therefore, we have worked with different forms for each one, but encompassed in a common form, which is the wide spectrum of the polygon.
For typography, one has been used to suggest, above all, the concept of modernity and cleanliness with firm and solid features.
At the same time, the environment has been highlighted, personalizing in the polygons the richness of the fauna of the grounds of Molina de Segura, diverting part of the attention towards the conservation of the environment: each polygon is represented by its logo and by an indigenous animal of the area.
The justification for this assignment is motivated by the lack of differentiation of each polygon, with some industrial areas confusing each other.
It will also proceed to definitively number all industrial buildings, rename repeated streets, or nonexistent, and place new street signs in each polygon.
Another novelty lies in La Serreta and La Polvorista, whose margins have traditionally been confused as they went from Murcia or from Madrid, which has been chosen to separate them into 2 sides, divided by the Avenue of Industry.
Now there are 4: La Serreta East and West, and La Polvorista Norte and Sur, which really had nothing to do with each other, neither urbanistically, nor in properties, nor in seniority, nor in units of action.
After his presentation, the logos will be used to place his image in physical support at the entrance of each polygon;
the style manual will be provided to all companies to be able to be placed on their invoices, labels, cards, products, etc .;
they will also be placed in the new traffic vertical signage of Avenida de la Industria and Avenida del Transporte;
and will be assimilated by the municipal services as a new image of the industrial zones.
