The City of Molina de Segura has organized on Sunday, May 5, at the Visitor Information and Welcome Center of Las Lagunas de Campotéjar Salar Gordo, a tour of these lagoons to discover the species of dragonflies that inhabit them, learn to differentiate them and know the great importance they have for the balance of these ecosystems.
The center opens its doors on the first and third Sunday of each month from 10:00 to 14:00 hours, and offers information on the ecological and landscape values ​​of Las Lagunas de Campotéjar Salar Gordo.
At 10.30 a guided tour will take place to know the dragonflies of Las Lagunas de Campotéjar, and this unknown faunistic group will be known, while learning to differentiate the species present in this space.
After the route, at 12:30 a creative workshop will be held with dragonflies, in which, through the realization of several crafts, children will be able to know them better and learn how we can collaborate in their conservation.
Participation is free and it is not necessary to make prior registration, except for groups of more than 10 people.
It is recommended to bring water, hat, sunscreen and comfortable clothes and shoes.
