The Mixed Employment and Training Program "El Romeral I" concludes on March 30 after professionally training 32 young people under 25 years of age for a year (26/03/2019)

The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, together with the Councilors of Policies for Training and Labor Insertion, Concepción Orenes Hernández, and Municipal Works, Fuensanta Martínez Jiménez, visited on Tuesday March 26 the work that is being carried out out in the surroundings of the pool of the "El Romeral" Sports Center by the students of the Mixed Employment and Training Program "El Romeral 1".

This 12-month program will conclude on March 30 after professionally training a total of 32 young people under 25 years of age.

During the first three months the students received training to obtain a Certificate of Professionalism in the specialties: "Auxiliary Operations of Masonry Factories and Covers", "Furniture Installation", "Plumbing and Heating-Domestic Air Conditioning Operations" and "Welding with Coated Electrode and TIG "

As of July 1, they were hired by the Molina de Segura City Council for 9 months to be able to develop work practices and effective work, with a training contract receiving 75% of the SMI (Minimum Interprofessional Salary).

During these 9 months, in which the City Council has hired the students, the Project of "Adaptation of Annexed Areas and Service to the El Romeral municipal pool of the Molina de Segura CU (3rd phase)" has been addressed.
