In relation to the request for explanations about possible irregularities in the management of recycling in the municipality of Molina de Segura, made through a press release, today Thursday March 14, by the political group of Citizens Molina de Segura, the Councilman of the Environment of the Town Council of Molina de Segura, Juan Alcaide Quirós, has indicated that "since it became known about these specific events at the end of November 2018, from the Department of the Environment, explanations were requested from Sercomosa know the actions carried out by the same Sercomosa informed the City Council, a few days later, about the opening of a disciplinary file to the workers within its course and legal deadlines, from which the corresponding actions would be derived In January 2019 , Sercomosa informed the City Council that the file opened to two employees of the company had been resolved with the qualification and imposition of
a very serious fault, by virtue of what is established in the applicable legislation ".
Apart from the actions undertaken by Sercomosa, Juan Alcaide has reported that, "in the Finance Committee of the City Council, to be held tomorrow Friday March 15, was already included a point on the agenda to deal with the negotiated file of Hiring, open at the beginning of the month of February, in which it is proposed to initiate procedure of imposition of penalties, giving transfer to Sercomosa, for a term of 10 working days, so that it makes the allegations that it deems appropriate ".
Finally, the Councilor for the Environment has indicated that "Citizens should be better informed on this matter because it has a director appointed in the Board of Directors of Sercomosa, where the course of these files has been perfectly explained at all times."
