The Nature Information Center Alto del Rellano Vicente Blanes Ecological Park in Molina de Segura, managed by the Department of the Environment of the Molinense City Council, opens its doors on Sunday, March 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
In addition to offering information on the environmental, landscape, cultural and tourist resources of the environment, the center organizes two interesting activities aimed at discovering the rich geological heritage of the municipality.
At 10.30 am, a route will take place on the flora of the Vicente Blanes Ecological Park, where the most characteristic plant species of this area will be known, as well as the different uses of the people of the area and of some species of fauna.
During the route you can contemplate and interpret the interesting landscape and know the fauna present in the park.
And, at 12.30, there will be a workshop on the aromatic flora of the Vicente Blanes Ecological Park.
The assistants will know in depth the variety of aromatic plants of the park and their traditional uses and, in addition, they will be able to take home an aromatic sachet with plants that they will elaborate themselves.
Participation is free and it is not necessary to make prior registration, except for groups of more than 10 people.
