The spokeswoman of the Municipal People's Group, Sonia Carrillo, criticizes the unilateral decision of the socialist mayor Esther Clavero and demands that this service be restored that brings the Public Administration to the citizen and that allowed immediate response procedures through the own window and that now it does not allow it.

Molina de Segura is the only municipality in the Region of Murcia that does not have the Single Window service since last Wednesday the 23rd, as it had been doing until now.

And it is that the socialist mayor Esther Clavero has decided to dispense unilaterally this service that facilitated the management of Molinenses with the different administrations.

The spokeswoman of the Popular Municipal Group, Sonia Carrillo, criticized this decision that directly harms the citizens, since "they have stopped receiving a close, fast and immediate service that allowed them to send requests, documents and communications to the different organs of the Administration of the State and the Region of Murcia, as well as public law entities linked or dependent on those, regardless of their territorial location, avoiding the consequences of the spatial dispersion imposed by the structure of the different administrations ".

Carrillo explained that "Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations indicates that all records of administrations must be connected through a single platform.

By not working with the expected accuracy, this membership is not mandatory until October 2020, so we do not understand that this service is radically suppressed in our municipality and that we are the first in the Region of Murcia to do without the system of Single Window ".

For the Popular Councilor "it is curious that the Government tries to sell the decentralization of municipal services, but that the Molinians see suppressed the immediate response procedures that until now could be done in Ventanilla Ăšnica".

Sonia Carrillo concluded by demanding that the mayor restore "immediately this service and carry out the transition process allowed and established by state law.
