The II Municipal Talent Gala of Molina de Segura, organized by the Department of Education of the Molinense City Council, is held on Wednesday, January 30, at 7:30 p.m., at the Villa de Molina Theater (at Avenida del Chorrico, n ° 10) , with the aim of discovering, stimulating and publicizing the artistic talent that exists among the students of secondary schools in the locality.

The event will feature twelve performances, and has been presented at a press conference today, Thursday, January 24, by the Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, the Councilor for Education, Fuensanta Martínez Jiménez, and the music teacher of IES Cañada de las Eras, Director of the Bilingual Choir of this molinense center and Coordinator of the Gala, Margarita Muñoz Escolar.

"The girls and boys who will perform at this gala are a good example of the talent of a people that has been, and continues to be, a benchmark for creativity in the most diverse artistic disciplines, both academic and non-conventional calls" , highlighted Esther Clavero.

In 2017, at this time, the students of the IES Cañada de las Eras, the promoter center of the first of these galas, gave full account of all this.

Last year, following that wake, the initiative was joined by the public institutes Eduardo Linares Lumeras and Francisco de Goya.

This year, this list is enriched with the participation of the San Pablo CEU School and the Los Olivos Educational Center.

The students and students of all these secondary schools, after an audition process, with the support and encouragement of their teachers, will demonstrate at the gala that their youth does not prevent them from being sufficiently prepared.

"I can say, and I take this opportunity to do it very well, that I feel very proud of the talent that our youth treasures, only giving the prominence that it deserves to that talent, in art, science, human relations ... politics, we will make ours a more advanced, just and solidary society, "says the Mayor.

This gala has a solidary character, since all the funds raised will be for Cáritas de Molina de Segura, one of the most active humanitarian organizations in the town, which finds in actions like this, the support, support and commitment of the people younger.
