The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, and the Councilor for Economy and Finance, Urban Planning and Economic Development, José de Haro González, held, on Tuesday, December 18, at the Vitanova Restaurant, an institutional visit with a group of businesswomen owners of PYMES, who reside in the Molinense urbanization of Altorreal, in order to facilitate the foundation of a new economic association in the municipality.
The companies Vitanova Restaurant, Menara Networking for digital marketing, Henroke bags for design, manufacture and distribution, Agua de Vida Rosa Morales for distribution and treatment of water and ozone, and Educarreal, SL for training were all attending the meeting.
The reason for the visit is to inform the municipal services of management, advice, coordination and control for companies, while establishing a communication channel between these businesswomen and the Consistory, through agreements, collaborations and actions aimed at business development .
In recent years, many companies created in Altorreal, and throughout the municipality, by the hand of women entrepreneurs who, in addition to having all the disadvantages of this type of initial foundations, have had to deal with multiple disadvantages derived of her condition as a woman, so disadvantaged in our society today.
They want the hard work that they are developing to raise their companies and offer employment, have visibility and support from the administrations.
Transmit that individually they are not achieving goals that would be achieved by being united and associated.
"The constant struggle, the determination, the desire to improve, the desire for family progress, and the desire to do something positive socially, pushes women to try to start their own company or become autonomous, and this group of women is planning to be associated to be able to make see the fight that they take, and how much it is costing them to stay ", explains Esther Clavero.
Since the City Council has been encouraged to form the association, at the same time that has offered to help in the management and preparation of administrative procedures of such a foundation.
This way you can count on another valid interlocutor when it comes to contacting and collaborating with municipal entities of an economic nature, and to be able to deepen your knowledge of this current reality.
The Mayor has shown her satisfaction and unconditional support for this type of initiative, "which is so necessary for gender equality", fully identifying with those tasks.
"The enthusiasm and desire to develop as people and as companies, says a lot of the entrepreneurs of Molina de Segura, stating instead the obstacles and inconveniences that have to face daily."
