The City of Molina de Segura and the Regional Employment and Training Service (SEF) of the Region of Murcia have launched, today Wednesday December 19, the Joint Employment and Training Program (PMEF), in the specialty of auxiliary operations in the organization of activities and operation of sports facilities, as reported by the Councilor for Policies for Training and Labor Insertion of the municipality of Molinense, Concepción Orenes Hernández.
The PMEF is intended for 13 young people under 30 years of age who are beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System and will run for 9 months;
the first three focused on training and, in the remaining six, the City Council will proceed with the recruitment of students for the implementation of the knowledge learned, providing in most cases their first work experience.
With the start of this new PMEF, there are already two that the Molinense City Council is currently developing, covering a total of 45 students.
This training and employment program has the hiring of a trainer in physical and sports activities and an administrative assistant.
The PMEF is financed through a grant from the Regional Employment and Training Service, amounting to 109,657.86 euros, and is co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF).
The program is intended to perform auxiliary tasks of organizing sports activities, running sports facilities and supporting sports technical staff of the various municipal centers.
At the end of all the programs, the suitable students will have access to obtain the certificate of professionalism of the specialty in which they have been trained.
