The Second Deputy Mayor and Spokesman of the Local Government Board of Molina de Segura City Council, Ángel Navarro García, has informed of the agreements adopted at the last meeting of the Local Government Board, held today, Tuesday, December 11.
It stands out the approval of the start of the contracting process of the municipal infrastructure improvement works (actions of municipal scope), financially sustainable investments, with charge to the Participative Budgets 2018, with an expenditure of 917,000 euros.
TOWN PLANNING
Two urban planning licenses have been approved, one disciplinary proceedings for unlicensed works, one file for subsidiary execution, one file for restoration of urban legality, and three disciplinary proceedings for urban infringement.
Approval of the award of the minor service contract of the Master Plan for the action of the environment delimited by the River, Huerto Fayrén, Matadero Building and Vía Verde, within the EDUSI-MOLINA 2020 AVANZA CONTIGO Program, to Javier Esquiva López, amounting to 18,089 ,50 euros.
Approval of the award of the minor service contract of Phase III of the IDEMO Project, contracting of a geo-referenced data management system for economic activity in the municipality of Molina de Segura, to the company Absis-BI Berger Levrault, by amount of 17,454.36 euros.

Approval of declaration of withdrawal of offer and start of procedure of imposition of penalties in the special administrative contract of bar-canteen service, located in the municipal sports facilities of Altorreal Sports Center, property of Molina de Segura Town Council, with evaluation criteria of an environmental nature, consisting of the use of products from organic farming.
