The City of Molina de Segura, through the Department of Urban Planning, carries out a total investment of 154,779.99 euros in the construction of the new Social Center of the urbanization Los Conejos II.
The Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Mira, accompanied by the Town Planning Councilor, José de Haro González, visits the works today Friday, November 16, at 5:30 pm, at the junction of Carra and El Bosco streets. the Los Conejos Urbanization II.
The works are executed by the company Josefa Antón Lamberto, with a term of execution of 10 months, and its completion is scheduled for May 2019. They are located on a plot to the north of the Los Conejos II urbanization, very close to the boundary with the Urbanization Los Conejos I and Calle Brasil, which connects the two urbanizations.
The plot of the new social center occupies about 580 m2 of a block of municipal property, planned for equipment, forming a corner between Carra and El Bosco streets.
It is a building on the ground floor, with a useful area of ​​170.70 m2 and a built area of ​​206.80 m2.
It is accessed from Calle Carra.
Once inside the building, there will be access to a central hall that divides the building into two areas: one equipped with multipurpose room, canteen and warehouse;
and another area crossed by a corridor, where the rest of the rooms are located, such as the computer room, library, offices, toilets and access control area to the building.
From this hall you can also access the back of the plot.
