The new Business Office of the Molina de Segura Town Hall was presented at a press conference today, Thursday, October 18, in the municipality of Molinense, by the Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Mira, and the Councilor for Promotion and Economic Strategy, José by Haro González.
The Business Office is a municipal service aimed at companies and entrepreneurs, whose objective is the achievement of full employment in Molina de Segura, through the development of industry, trade and services, pursuing reindustrialization.
Its objective is the management, collaboration, coordination and advice of all those issues that are related to industrial development and economic development of the municipality.
According to the Mayor, "the current government team has set the reindustrialization of the municipality as the strategic line of its government action, which is recognized as the Cradle of the Preserve and its legacy has been an industrialized municipality, with presence in all sectors industrial and with companies with international presence, and with a character of constant innovation ".
"For two years," adds Esther Clavero, "the Department of Industry, and across the City Council, has worked to restore the splendor of our industry and take it back to be a reference, forming the basis of the growth of the city "
The Business Office is located on the ground floor of the Molina de Segura Town Hall, in a space designed to serve companies, SMEs, self-employed, etc.
It is equipped with an office and meeting room / meeting point for companies.
Molina de Segura currently has 5 industrial estates, plus one of new creation, 20 isolated business areas and 24 urbanizations, being an industrial power in southeast Spain, with almost 2,000 companies.
Since the newly created Business Office, we are working on improving and adapting the industrial infrastructures of Molina de Segura, advising companies, promoting the MOLINA brand, creating new transparent information and communication channels, as well as that the search for new investments and land for a municipality so purely industrial as the Molinense.
The work of this Office has already started last year with specific actions such as:
Road marking of industrial estates.
I Days of the Transport.
Training sessions to support business internationalization.
The Business Office has prepared a Strategic Study and Comprehensive Diagnosis of Needs, Deficiencies and Gaps in the Industrial Areas of the municipality of Molina de Segura and 226 proposals for solutions.
It has the following functions and services:
INFORMATION: Business advice, tax ordinances and bonuses, Emprende en 3.
ECONOMIC STUDIES: Sectoral studies, analysis and statistics, diagnosis of industrial needs and creation of a future municipal real estate portal.
INVESTMENT ATTRACTION: Investor attention, new investment projects and contact with investment entities.
INSTITUTIONAL RELATIONS AND DYNAMIZATION OF BUSINESS COLLECTIVES: Promotion and collaboration with associations, Business Center, Economic and Social Council, public institutions, visits to companies, point of reception to SMEs / self-employed, and control of municipal transversality.
TRAINING AND GENERATION OF EMPLOYMENT: Training agreements with financial institutions and universities, administrative referral to municipal employment insertion exchanges.
IMPULSE OF OWN INITIATIVES: Organization of business days, contests, prizes and attendance to fairs and congresses.
DIFFUSION: Promotion and communication of the work of the Office of Companies, corporate image, visibility and transparency in web pages and social networks.
MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION: Follow-up of administrative procedures, coordination with Sercomosa, management of databases and IDEMO, inspection and cleaning of industrial areas, solutions in waste management.
ORDINANCE OF SPONSORSHIP AND MECENAZGO: Dissemination of the ordinance, annual program of sponsible activities and its offer to companies.
MONITORING AND IMPROVEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL POLIgONS: Review of industrial areas, control of deficiencies and solution of problems.
PLANNING OF INDUSTRIAL AREAS: Street, support for the creation of new industrial estates (Hercas, Campotéjar, ZI2-M2 and Polvorista 2), generation of land available to potential investors and planning of municipal investments.
PREMISES OF FAIRS AND EVENTS: Creation and operation of the site, management of workable activities and advertising to companies.
This new municipal service has the support of ASECOM, COMPRO and the associations of the industrial estates, which collaborate to meet the needs and develop the business and commercial fabric of Molina de Segura.
According to the Councilor for Promotion and Economic Strategy, José de Haro, "the Business Office is an innovative proposal in Molina de Segura whose objective is the full employment and well-being of the neighbors through the creation and improvement of the companies of the municipality as the engine of economic development and social improvement ".
