The Second Deputy Mayor and Spokesman of the Local Government Board of Molina de Segura City Council, Ángel Navarro García, has informed of the agreements adopted at the last meeting of the Local Government Board, held today, Tuesday, October 2.

Highlights the approval of the award of the ordination Zone EDB La Polvorista and recovery of the Municipal Velodrome, 1st performance of the works of conditioning for putting it into use, for an amount of 169,056.94 euros, as well as the approval of expenditure of 60,000 euros for call for subsidies to sports clubs for the 2017/18 season.

TOWN PLANNING

Five urban planning licenses have been approved, four subsidiary execution files, one segregation license file and one urbanization dossier for several roads in Sector ZR-3, in La Alcayna.

ESTATE

Approval of invoices list, for an amount of 345,211.66 euros.

Approval of SERCOMOSA invoices list, for an amount of 408,479.18 euros.

RECRUITMENT

Approval of the return of the deposit of the works in the Cañada de las Eras, Inmaculada and Asunción nurseries, to the company Quarto Proyectos, SL, for an amount of 1,494.52 euros.

Approval of the increase in the cost of the Home Food Service as Social Catering in Molina de Segura, from January 1 to December 31, 2017, including ethical and environmental assessment criteria, for an amount of 4,521.70 euros ( which represents an increase of 9.99% of the award budget).

Approval of the Health and Safety Plan for the new pavilions construction project, pavilion II and pavilion III, at the El Romeral sports center in Molina de Segura, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of people in unemployment situation.

Approval of the Health and Safety Plan for the expansion and replacement of sanitation services, potable water and rainwater in the southern area of ​​the El Romeral Sports Center, incorporating special social execution conditions related to the social and labor insertion of people in unemployment situation.

The works correspond to the Canon of Supply and Sanitation 2017.

Approval of the n ° 4 certification of the works of road safety, improvement of road signs and signaling in the municipal area of ​​Molina de Segura, for an amount of 48,177.57 euros, to the awarded company Construcciones Urdecón, SA.

Approval of the n ° 2 and final certification of the work of conditioning and improvement of various roads in the municipality of Molina de Segura, incorporating special measures of implementation related to the insertion of people in a situation of long-term unemployment, for an amount of 8,065.09 euros, to the winning company Talleres y Conducciones Juanito, SL.

Approval of the n ° 1 certification of the work of conservation, maintenance and improvement of public thoroughfare (Cuida Molina), in the municipal area of ​​Molina de Segura, incorporating special measures of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of people in situation of unemployment, for an amount of 18,476.81 euros, to the awarded company Construcciones Manuel Noguera Gil, SL.

PUBLIC ROAD

Approval of the start of the procedure of two subsidiary execution files to carry out cleaning work on lots, one on Calle Goya and the other on Calle San Pablo.

LOCAL PARTIES

Approval of the payment of 16,500 euros to different associations of neighbors, corresponding to the subsidies of the Department of Local Holidays for the realization of programs and festive activities in districts and urbanizations of the municipality in the year 2018.

Approval of spending of 60,000 euros and the announcement of subsidies to sports clubs for the 2017/18 season.
