In view of the media impact that the denouncement of the PP of Molina de Segura has called "erotic spectacle", among other equally unfounded accusations, the performance of the Las Chillers group last weekend in our municipality, and also responsible to the councilman of Local Celebrations, Andrés Martínez Cervantes, and to the mayor, Esther Clavero Mira, of how this action ran, we communicate that:

Neither the PSOE, nor the mayor responsible for the Festivities of the city of Molina de Segura, nor the Mayor of the town carry out any type of interference in the content that the artitas that come to Molina de Segura perform, as we understand that exercising that control is censoring and restricting freedom of expression.

That the performance of the Las Chillers group was within the framework of the PreBside, a festival aimed at an adult audience, not aimed at children and that was also carried out at night.

That this group has carried out similar actions in other municipalities of the Region governed by different political signs without any controversy or controversy being generated, such as that caused by the Molina de Segura PP.

That we consider that the PP of Molina de Segura demonstrates that it must advance in the matter of equality when it describes as "erotic spectacle" the partial nude of a woman within a framework that is also vindicating, that the Popular People of Molina de Segura have taken out of context.

That we show our support to the Las Chillers group in the face of the offenses and attacks that they have received during these days following the denunciation of the PP by Molina de Segura.

And finally we regret that the PP of Molina de Segura has not only tarnished the image of the city's festivities, which are being a success of dimamización, activity and image of the municipality as a regional reference in programming recreational, sports, cultural and gastronomic activities , but to the locality itself, showing a position that has nothing to do with our citizenship that is modern, open and friendly.
