TOWN PLANNING

Approval of 2 major work license dossiers and 1 case of reinstatement of urban legality.

ESTATE

Approval of invoices list, for an amount of 286,646.84 euros.

RECRUITMENT

Approval of the return of deposit, for an amount of 4,823.76 euros, of the integration and improvement works of the N-301 road in the municipality of Molina de Segura.

Winning company Continental Obras y Mantenimiento SL

Approval of the Health and Safety Plan for the maintenance and conservation works of the Avenida de la Industria (formerly N-301) as it passes through the municipality of Molina de Segura, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of people in situations of long-term unemployment.

Adjudication, to Latizal, SL for an amount of 20,974.14 euros, of the service for the management and revitalization of the Visitor Information and Reception Center of the Lagunas de Campotéjar-Salar Gordo and the Nature Information Center Alto del Rellano- Vicente Blanes Ecological Park.

Adjudication of the Home Help Service for dependents of the municipality of Molina de Segura, which incorporates special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-occupational insertion of people in unemployment situation.

The award was made to Aid to Domicile of Molina de Segura SLL amounting to 540,000 euros.

Proposal for award, to Construcciones y Contratas Constregui, SL for the amount of 100,430 euros, of the construction works of sports changing rooms in the Altorreal field in two phases: Two sports changing rooms, adapted public toilets and storage (phase 1), incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-occupational insertion of people in situations of long-term unemployment.

Proposal for the award of the construction of the Social Center between Calle El Bosco, prolongation Pedestrian street, Carra Street corner, of the Urbanization of Los Conejos II of Molina de Segura, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of people in situation of long-term unemployment.

The proposal is made, for an amount of 154.779,99 euros, to Josefa Antón Lamberto.

This award proposal is formulated after the previous awardee has resigned.

COOPERATION TO DEVELOPMENT AND SOLIDARITY

Start of the procedure for the reinstatement of the 2017 agreement between the Molina de Segura City Council and the Saharawi Sonrisa Association of Murcia Region to support the headquarters of the Saharawi Delegation of the Region of Murcia, shipment of food destined for refugee camps in Tindouf and collaboration in the "Vacations in peace" project.
