The City of Molina de Segura and La Verdad have organized the First Seminar on Transport, which will be held on May 31 at the MUDEM, with the aim of highlighting this sector, analyzing its current situation, favoring a meeting point between companies and study the challenges of the future.

The day, in which the participation of some 200 representatives of the transport sector is expected, was presented this morning at a press conference by the Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, the Councilor for Promotion and Economic Strategy, José de Haro González, and the General Director of La Verdad, Antonio González García.

The transport industry is one of the key sectors in the economy of the Region of Murcia, reason that has led to the Consistory Molinense and La Verdad to make this I Sectorial Seminar on Transport, which will discuss the current situation of the sector and the Novelties with which businessmen and professionals are already finding themselves, current topics such as the Mediterranean Corridor or the new technical regulations related to the ITV of transport.

The program of the day, which will take place in the morning session, is divided into two blocks, one that will feature a presentation by Manuel Pérez Carro, General Secretary of FROET, and another consisting of a round table, with companies in the sector , which will showcase success stories of transport companies, among other topics of interest.

The organization of this day has been sponsored by the companies MOSCA, ORVIPAL and SERVIMAN, as well as with the collaboration of CAPITRANS, ITV of Molina de Segura, Primafrio and ASECOM.

During its development the municipal institution will be represented by the Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, in addition to having representatives of the Ministry of Development and Infrastructure, General Directorate of Transport, Coasts and Ports and relevant companies in the sector.
