The Department of Sports and Health starts up its own quality department and presents the campaign ¿Qué opinas? (03/05/2018)

It is intended that the user-council relationship be agile and direct

The Mayor of the municipality, Esther Clavero Mira, has been commissioned to present in public today Thursday, May 3, in the Sawmills Pavilion, the newly created Quality Department of the Department of Sport and Health of Molina de Segura and the Campaign What do you think? ?

aimed at users of activities and services provided by the Department.

The main objective of the Quality Department is to become the user's advocate within the sports facilities and activities of the Department, in order to improve the quality of services offered to the public.

On the other hand, this department will ensure the welfare of the thousands of users who use municipal sports facilities on a daily basis.

All the staff of the Department and all services will be governed by quality parameters.

Within this department, the Campaign ¿Qué opinas ?, has been launched as a means of communication between the user and the Department, so that it is agile and direct.

The aim is that users get their opinions on the facilities, services, activities, staff and all those aspects on which they wish to convey their views to the Department.

For its part, the Department is committed to answer all opinions and requests within 24 hours and try to meet the demands that are formulated.

The Campaign consists of the placement of eight information panels with a mailbox where any user can deposit their opinion, complaint or claim.

On the other hand, an email address has also been provided where users can send these opinions to the Department: calidad-deportes@molinadesegura.es

As of today, the panels and mailboxes will be placed in the following municipal sports facilities:

Pabellón Serrerías, Antonio Peñalver Pavilion, El Romeral Sports Center, Francisco de Goya IES Pavilion, Sánchez Cánovas Football Field, Gregorio Miñano Pavilion, Altorreal Pavilion.

The Mayor stressed that this initiative "contributes to create a closer connection with users, offering them the possibility of getting their opinions, with the certainty that they will be addressed and taken into account." It is a policy of total transparency and concern for the quality of the services provided to the citizens The creation of a Department of Quality in the Department of Sport and Health is in line with what must be the obligation of public institutions to offer the best public services, and the Campaign is an extraordinary way to get to know users' opinions and improve them every day.
